Thanks for the receipt and a big thank you to Todor our chef, he certainly made the evening easy for us! He is a real gentleman with a lovely nature. He was like a ninja lol- he came, unpacked, prepared, cooked, packed up - without me needing to do anything. The pork was tender and the salads were really tasty and refreshing. A thank you also to Franchesca in the office for kindly answering all my queries and to Geofrey for the discount and complimentary soft drinks - it was all very much appreciated! I would like to take the opportunity to thank your team for their work at our event on Tuesday. It was a really hot day and cooking a BBQ would have been really tough, however your team cooked and served with smiles on their faces and made it such and enjoyable event for our Members and our staff. I am writing to inform the management of the fabulous service that we received at our recent function. We were impressed from the beginning when Phillip talked to me about our options and made the choice to choose Barbehire a very easy one. Also uncomplicating a process that I was trying to make slightly complicated. Any issues I had prior to the Day were sorted out quickly and professionally by Amber who filled me with confidence.

Michael (our Chef) called prior to the function and was able to answer any further questions I had. On the day both Michael and Allen arrived at the time we had organised and were absolutely amazing. They fitted in perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere of our function and many of the guests commented on how friendly they were. 

The meat was cooked to perfection and I had guests comment both on the day and after that the meat was delicious. 

Thank you to the team for helping us share our special day. I would recommend Barbehire to any family or friends that were needing a caterer for a function.

It was a pleasure to have Barbehire Cater our Friday night pre-wedding dinner in Kangaroo Valley, April 21, 2017. Here is my feedback below. Please reply to this email and  rate and/or comment beside the following questions: (1 – unsatisfactory, 2 – needs improvement, 3 – satisfactory, 4 – very good,  5 - excellent) 1.    How was your experience with the office?        Rating:       5        Comments:          The office staff were efficient and timely in their response to queries. 2.    How did the chef/s and assistants perform his/her duties?        Rating:       5        Comments:          The chef served the lamb on time, with selection of meat requested by guests.  The chef was congenial, easy going and delightful to deal with. 3.   Was the food cooked properly, enough amount and served on time?        Rating:       5        Comments:          The lamb was prepared perfectly, in sufficient quantity and on time.  We catered for 50 guests but only had 43 in attendance.  It might be advisable to provide a slightly greater quantity of food. 4.    Was the salads, bread rolls, pumpkin, onions and condiment(where applicable to your particular event) satisfactory to your expectation?        Rating:       4        Comments:          White bread rolls were not popular with our group.  Perhaps offer a healthier alternative at time of booking.  Increase quantity of salads similar to the meat comment above.         5.     Any other comments/reactions/observation/suggestion            It was very helpful to have Barbehire take away the rubbish as organised.  Clean up was orderly and quick.  Perhaps this could be a service offered at the time of booking.  The office should suggest bringing containers for left over food, if the guests desire. 6.        How did you find out about Barbehire?  Francesca  was  always  very  helpful  and  patient  in  explaining  the  options  when  I  was  organising  the  catering  package  with  her.    

 Todor  knows  his  'trade'  very  well.  He  was  good  to  work  with.  He  was  a  very  respectful  chef  and  ensure  everything  was  well  organised,  well  presented  and  there  was  no  mess  or  rubbish  to  be  seen.    

 The  food  was  done  just  right  and  it  was  absolutely  delicious  as  Todor  promised!  Our  guests  enjoyed  the  meat  very  much.  This  makes  us  very  happy  as  hosts.    

 Overall  the  food  provided  in  this  group  was  very  nice.  The  only  comment  I  have  is  the  rice  salad  with  Tandoori  chicken  which  could  be  better.  This  is  due  to  the  rice  being  refrigerated  previously,  hence  became  harden.  Personally,  I  could  not  eat  it  when  it  was  served.  I  later  microwaved  it  and  it  was  very  tasty,  when  the  rice  was  heated  through  and  softened.  Anyway,  this  was  my  experience,  food  for  thought  for  you  to  see  how  you  can  improve  this  dish  as  it  is  actually  a  very  tasty  salad  (when  the  rice  is  soft). 

 We  are  very  happy  with  our  recent  experience  with  Barbehire  and  would  consider  using  your  service  again  in  the  future.  We  would  also  ask  for  Todor  again  for  he  has  done  a  fine  job  at  our  site.

Thank you to " Barbehire for catering for a post-wedding function in Mittagong for us for 100 people. We couldn't have been happier with the perfectly cooked whole pig on a spit, delicious beef and tasty salads and vegetables. A few word of thanks for the successful BBQ held yesterday at the Sydney Olympic Park catered by BarbeHire. The team of Mark & Co. were superb, they were efficient, friendly and hard working – everyone remarked how well runned the catering team performed – Mark & Co worked under very hot conditions but were marvellous. Congratulations on running a great company – and rest assured there will be a return booking. Pixie, the face painter and Santa were also great – working under very hot conditions but enjoyed by all the children. Thank you again – you’ve made my job so much easier.

A quick note to let you know that Barbehire are, without a doubt, the most efficient, courteous and punctual organisation I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.    Phillip, I wish to express my sincere thanks for what was a fabulous day made all the better by the helpful nature of Matt, Steve and Will who looked after us on our very hectic day.   The lads were at the Homebush Bay site well in advance, and all our staff and their kids were extremely well fed and looked after. Nothing was a problem for the Barbehire staff.   I would also like to state that your caring and consoling nature following the debacle with “that other mob” was truly a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I just wanted to let you know how happy Paul and I were with the service we received from Barbehire for our engagement party on Saturday.

From my very first contact with you, you were very helpful, friendly and professional and made the process very easy for me. Our chef for the evening Michael was absolutely amazing and can I please request that you ensure all the management team over at Barbehire are made aware of how happy we are with everything he did for us. He worked extremely hard, and his only goal that night was to ensure that Paul and I were very happy and that everything was perfect.

He literally never stopped from early afternoon until very late into the night, the food was amazing and there was sooooo much of it! He just did a fabulous job, and he was a hit with all of our guests. …

The wine that you picked for us for the bar was delicious and the lady who served the drinks was great too. …

Even the guy who delivered and picked up all the gear was great – professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending you guys for any events, everything you did and provided was of the highest quality and Paul and I both agreed that the value for money we received was unbelievable especially given the amount of man hours and effort that was put in by you and your staff for us.

Just wanted to let you know how great our party was, due to the fantastic food & the terrific effort of Joel & Ashley.

Joel set up the spit and cooked the meat to perfection. Ashley was a fantastic assistant, preparing serving and cleaning up. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them.

Our friends all commented on how great the food was and many went back for 2nds, even the younger Gen Y girls who usually don’t eat much at all! It was wonderful not to having to worry about cooking and preparing the food myself, setting up and more importantly washing & cleaning up. We shall certainly use your company again when we next have a function and will certainly recommend you to our friends. Hopefully some of our friends who were present on the night will be interested in using your company as well. So once again a big thank you to Joel, Ashley and yourself.
